You also have the option to post as an anonymous participant if you want to share privately. The community is a resource, and we'd like our members to use it however feels most comfortable to them. It is a supportive and nonjudgmental space.
Will Ken really interact in the Facebook group?
Absolutely. Ken is personally committed to supporting members, and while he cannot respond to every post and will not be checking DMs, he will be regularly posting resources and engaging with posts and questions in the group. Each month, he will be hosting live sessions and Q&As exclusively for members of the group, so if you have a specific question you want his input on, he will be happy to answer it then.
What if I can't attend the live sessions?
Every session is recorded and immediately made available to the group. Many Insiders prefer watching replays on their own schedule. Ken also shares call topics ahead of time, so if you have a specific question and know you cannot make it, you can always submit it beforehand so he can still cover it on the call.
What if I've already started therapy? Do I need this?
The community is designed to complement, not replace, professional therapy. We encourage you to use both because the Facebook group can be a great support between sessions, and it gives you the opportunity to process alongside others who are going through something similar.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Membership in the community is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment required. As long as you cancel your subscription more than 24 hours before your next billing date, you will not be charged.
Ken's free content was a great first step, but Ken's Insiders can help take you the rest of the way.
